Booking.com integration
Import Booking.com reservations into GuestIn through iCal sync so guest access can be generated automatically. This page is a placeholder while the full documentation is being written.
What you'll need
- • A Booking.com extranet account with at least one active property.
- • Your GuestIn host account and at least one property created.
- • Access to the property's iCal export URL from the extranet.
1. Get the iCal export URL from Booking.com
From the Booking.com extranet, open Calendar → Sync calendars and copy the export URL for the property.
2. Add the calendar in GuestIn
In your GuestIn dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Booking.com and paste the iCal URL for the matching property.
3. Map the property and doors
Choose which property and doors apply to incoming Booking.com reservations.
4. Verify the first sync
GuestIn will pull upcoming reservations on a regular schedule. Confirm that a test reservation appears and a guest link is generated.
