KrossBooking integration
Sync reservations from KrossBooking into GuestIn so guest access is generated automatically. This page is a placeholder while the full documentation is being written.
What you'll need
- • An active KrossBooking account with API access enabled.
- • Your GuestIn host account and at least one property created.
- • Your KrossBooking API credentials.
1. Generate KrossBooking API credentials
From your KrossBooking back office, create an API user and copy the credentials.
2. Connect KrossBooking in GuestIn
In your GuestIn dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → KrossBooking and paste your credentials.
3. Map properties and rooms
Match each KrossBooking property and room with the corresponding GuestIn property and door set.
4. Verify a test reservation
Create or import a test reservation and confirm that the guest link is generated correctly.
