Shelly integration
Connect your Shelly smart devices to GuestIn through the direct Shelly HTTP API. This page is a placeholder while the full documentation is being written.
What you'll need
- • A Shelly device on the same network or reachable via Shelly Cloud.
- • Your GuestIn host account and at least one property created.
- • The device IP address or Shelly Cloud auth key.
1. Set up your Shelly device
Power on your Shelly relay or smart switch and finish the initial Wi-Fi setup using the Shelly app.
2. Generate the GuestIn webhook URL
In your GuestIn dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Shelly and enter your device IP or Shelly Cloud key.
3. Connect each door
Map each Shelly device to a door in GuestIn. You can name doors, add reference images, and choose whether the door supports timed or single-use access.
4. Test the connection
From the door detail screen, send a test open command. If the device responds within a few seconds, you're ready to assign the door to reservations.
